Payment Processing
Please allow 48 hours for payment processing (excluding Saturdays, Sundays, and National Holidays) after receiving your order. All orders are subject to processing time unless otherwise stated in the product description. Payment processing time is separate from the time it takes for a shipment to reach its destination once it has been fulfilled. After processing is completed, you will receive a tracking number immediately. Please note, that your tracking number will update once USPS, FEDEX, UPS, etc., has received the package and is successfully processed through their system.
Shipping & Fulfillment
Most "in-stock" orders are processed in 3-5 days and shipped after processing within 3-5 days depending on your location. Pre-order or "made-to-order" items will take approximately 4-6 weeks to ship as they are custom-made orders and have a longer processing time. Please keep in mind that we ship orders through third-party carriers such as USPS, FedEx, and UPS. To ensure your package arrives at the advertised time, please make sure your address is entered correctly and includes all required and relevant information. Please ensure you have inputted accurate shipping information including but not limited to street numbers, abbreviations, buildings, and apartment numbers to maintain timely deliveries. Vicarious Garments and its subsidiaries are not responsible for lost, stolen, incorrect addresses, or misplaced packages. Once a package has been delivered to the 3rd party carrier we have no control over the package.
